Commission subjects that I will draw/open commissions for are subject to change.Please be ready to provide reference photos for specific commissions. You may also provide, rough sketches, mood boards, and color pallets to help show what "vibe" you have in mind.If the content/subject requested lacks adequate references, this may count as a design commission, which may have additional charge.If you have a specific style in mind from one of my previous drawings feel free to share this info with me so I have a better idea of what you're looking for :D*Depending on complexity may contribute to price increases

TERMS OF SERVICE

Commercial use of commissioned work without prior discussion and agreement is forbidden; use for any sort of personal branding is also not allowed without prior discussion and agreement (With the exception of icons/profiles pictures)Do not alter or edit my artwork (cropping/resizing is ok). If posting/using online, must include credit to notamutemain, linking to my profile is not required but appreciated.Do not claim my work as your own in any semblance, this will lead to immediate blacklisting.If you wish for your commission to be anonymous, or confidential, must discuss with me before payment.If you have an expected deadline, you are not owed priority over other commissions based on your deadline. Please prepare adequate time before deadlines to send an inquiry.I reserve the right to use/post images I create unless otherwise specified by the client (Includes but not limited to: portfolios, commission advertising, social media posts, etc.)I reserve the right to post progress/WIP images of commissioned work to exterior sites, including Patreon, unless otherwise specified by client.I reserve the right to watermark my work before final payment is confirmed. I will include my signature/watermark in the final work unless otherwise specified by the client.I reserve the right to decline a commission before payment is agreed upon. If I feel the request is unachievable, makes me uncomfortable, or if discussions become disrespectful or cross into harassment, I reserve the right to decline a client.I reserve the right to change/increase price after upfront payment if large changes are requested. A price increase will be proposed and discussed respectfully to adequately compensate for my work.I forbid the use of my art for AI/machine-learning, or other machine-generating technology. I forbid the use of my art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any such blockchain technology.These terms are subject to change and alteration without notice.

PAYMENT

1) Final price will be disclosed during discussion of commission. I may provide a rough sketch/thumbnail before continuing to payment.2) Payment will be received through invoice from Stripe. Commissioners must provide an email address to receive the invoice, and will pay through card.DISCLAIMER: Stripe takes a small fee for invoices, therefore I will include a fee to cover the charge for one-time payments <$100.3) Payment will be 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. The client may pay 100% upfront if desired. Final full-resolution unwatermarked file will be sent through Google Drive or email once the final payment is completed.Breaking or disregarding these terms can/will lead to the commission being canceled and/or blacklisting from further transactions. No refunds promised.BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE THAT YOU'VE READ THE ABOVE AND ACCEPT ALL TERMS.When inquiring about a commission, please add a note that you have read and agreed to the terms and/or add the word "RED" to the message.
